Welcome to She Reclaims LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and coaching programs (“Services”). 1. Services Provided

She Reclaims LLC provides empowerment coaching services designed to support women in reclaiming their confidence and rebuilding their lives after leaving abusive relationships.
Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, or medical advice. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or attorneys, and our services do not replace professional mental health care, legal counsel, or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services.

3. Booking and Payment

• All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions or client dissatisfaction.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Be honest and open during coaching sessions.

• Understand that coaching is a collaborative process and your progress depends on your commitment and actions.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to supporting your growth, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during sessions confidential, except in the following circumstances:

• When disclosure is required by law.

• When there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Disclaimer

Our Services are for personal development purposes only. They do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal advice. If you require these services, we encourage you to seek qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Reclaims LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided by She Reclaims LLC remain our exclusive property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
